One of the great things about playing with Waverley is that we’re more than just what happens on the pitch. We have a great social environment that is welcoming of new members. There are a number of great formal events throughout the year, but more importantly, plenty of opportunity for drinks after training, and match days so get yourself down to the bowlo after home matches (and Coogee Palace Sports Bar after away matches) for the speeches and more.

OFFICIAL WORLD CUP VENUE of WAVERLEY RUGBY CLUB:                             THE ROBIN HOOD HOTEL (cnrs Bronte & Carrington Rds, Waverley).

The club has teemed up with the Robin Hood to bring you every World Cup 2011 game LIVE with exclusive promos and discounts for club members. It all kicks off with a FREE KEG for members, see below for details. But it doesn’t stop there – every club member will receive an exclusive membership card that will provide 10% discount on all drinks throughout the World Cup period, all day, every day… and yup – this includes the drive through bottle shop! PLUS there’ll be promos and other special deals for Waverley Rugby members along the way.

Presentation Evening 2011 – Sat 17 Sept

Lads and lasses put your dancing shoes on for the finale of the season – ‘preso nite’ – where your accomplishments on and off the pitch are celebrated! Bring your partners for a top night kicking off with the Australia vs Ireland World Cup match on the big screen. Details below. NO TICKETS ON THE DOOR – ONLY AVAILABLE ONLINE OR AT THE KIOSK ON SATURDAY.
